Over my long career as a journalist, I’ve been lucky enough to indulge my passion for travel. From the plains of east Africa to the gorse-laden rolling landscape of the Irish midlands, and from genteel walking holidays in southern Italy to boisterous weekends in bawdy Hamburg, I’ve written about them all.
